The OFT has published a summary of the responses received (pdf 139 kb) to its public consultation on draft revised mergers jurisdictional and procedural guidance which also includes its emerging thinking as to its likely position on the key issues on which stakeholders focused in their responses to the consultation and to which the OFT is giving detailed further thought prior to publishing the finalised guidance.

The OFT has published for consultation its proposed template (Word doc 76 kb) for initial undertakings in certain completed merger cases. It welcomes comments on the template alongside responses to the consultation on its draft revised mergers jurisdictional and procedural guidance.
